1. Who we are
PlusEwork is a business operated by Akshay Bhatt from India, providing remote back-office support to small and mid-sized businesses in the United States. For anything in this policy, contact info@plusework.com.
2. What we collect on this website
When you request a discovery call or email us, we collect only what we need to reply:
- Contact details — your name, company, email address and phone number.
- Your message — the service you are interested in and anything you choose to tell us about your business.
- Technical data — basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used, if analytics is enabled.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule a discovery call.
- To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
- To keep the website secure and working.
4. Client data we handle
Once we work together, we may access your business systems (for example accounting software, CRM, email and helpdesk) to do the agreed work. That access is governed by a separate service agreement and non-disclosure agreement. In short:
- We use delegated, least-privilege access, which you can revoke at any time.
- We use client data only to perform the agreed services.
- We do not sell client data or use it to market to anyone.
5. Who else sees it
We use trusted providers to run the website and email, such as hosting, email delivery and spam protection. They process data only on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then deleted or anonymised. Client data is handled as set out in your service agreement and returned or deleted when the engagement ends.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@plusework.com. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA, and we will honour valid requests.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business evolves. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
